During the child support hearing, Jane confessed that she never slept with the young millionaire and that she impregnated herself with his sperm while she was cleaning his room. “He left his bank statement on the nightstand in his hotel room and I saw it when I was cleaning, at the time I wanted a baby so bad and I thought it would be better if I had a baby with a rich man” The paternity test where conducted and the young millionaire is the father. Nonsense. The woman should be punished for sperm theft and attempt to defraud an innocent person.
A child is a child is child; once a child cometh to this world, it doesn't matter how/why/what... what matters is that the child should be cared for by both parents... the mother has been doing her part since conception, and so should the father do same.

This is totally a fraudulent practice that must not be allowed to continue. It is bad and the woman should bear her cross alone.
I find this difficult to situate.The hotel duty has a duty to clean the room upon guest departure. To use the guest wait fraudulently to meet her desperation and consequently forcing the man (a guest) to be responsible for a child which she may never have bond with, is to me unacceptable.
If the idea is that the child must be catered for, then the state should rise up to her duty.

I think some countries have a way of collecting from the rich to enrich the poor. I can't justify this judgement except there is a cover-up for the promiscuous rich man. The truth have not been said
The hotel owner being the father of the child thank God the test revealed that he is the father, you can't denies a child and is your blood but the woman in question should be giving punishment for that act because others may follow her foot steps.
Now that the desperate woman has admitted to unlawful use of a guest's personal property, she should be sacked by the hotel, and sued for stealing and for creating a relationship with an unconsenting person through a fraudulent/ criminal means.
One could say this is a case of ‘fruit of a poisonous tree’ scenario. The child was conceived on the basis of an unlawful act. The crime meets all of the four elements of theft and the mother ought to be accountable. How does the father feel? Does he want to take care of a child of his stolen sperm. Should he be made to take care of the child? In any event, the child is the court’s first consideration and will be taken care of, The question is, by whom?
